We are in the process of opening our own company stores, and they will be amazing.. watch for us.
Are you patented or can anyone do this?
We are now Patented since 2003. We have also filed a Divisional Application directed to the non-elected apparatus claims in our application. You will need to contact NitroCream LLC for equipment, licenses and licensed distributors.
I have my own equipment from another company so I don't need a license from NitroCream do I?
It all depends on if you are using our Patented Process. You don't have to use or have any of our equipment. However, if you are using our Patented Process then "yes" you would need to get a license from NitroCream LLC to avoid Patent infringement and possible litigation.
How
many flavors or combination of flavors are there?
With flavors and added mix-ins there are over a million flavor combination's possible. Try a dark chocolate ice cream with chocolate chunks and fresh brownie pieces mixed throughout. Perhaps a strawberry cheesecake gelato made with fresh, local strawberries and real cheesecake, maybe a butter pecan ice cream with real caramel swirl and bits of pecans, or one of our favorites... white wine and peach sorbet! The
only limit is your imagination.
Do
I need a batch freezer, blast freezer, holding freezer or
display case?
No!
That's the beauty about the N2-G4 and G5! Ice cream and gelato is
made fresh right at the moment, no freezers of any kind required.
What
if something malfunctions on a NitroCream brand machine?
We have machines that have been used daily in commercial use for over 5 years. All our machines come with 2 year parts and labor warranty. Rest assure,
we will quickly take care of you.
I’ve
never heard the word "cryogenics", what is it?
Cryogenics are
low temperature gases that are transported, stored and distributed in
a liquid state. The most widely used cryogen is liquid
nitrogen. It is the safest form to work with and the least
expensive to produce. Liquid nitrogen has only two states:
liquid and gaseous. It vaporizes from the liquid state to a gas
at - 320°F.
Is
Liquid Nitrogen safe?
Liquid
Nitrogen (LN2) itself needs to be handled with caution. The N2-G4 is
specially designed to safely operate with the use of liquid
nitrogen. Liquid nitrogen is an abundant, inert, odorless,
tasteless, automatically recyclable resource and Constitutes 78% of
the air we breathe! Unlike hot grease at a restaurant, nitrogen
can splash onto your skin without harm.
